The bar for this Gold Labret with 4 Clear Gems in a Tree is manufactured from 316L Surgical Stainless Steel so will not rust, corrode or stain. This jewellery is best for healed piercings. Surgical Stainless Steel contains traces of nickel so may not be suitable for those with a nickel allergies. The Tree is Rodium Plated Brass

Below is a list of popular piercings with the standard sizes used by the majority of Professional Body Piercers.
Belly Piercings
The standard bar thickness is 1.6mm (14ga) The standard bar length is either 10mm or 11mm.
If your piercing is shallow (ie you are seeing lots of the bar when you put a standard size bar in) then a 6mm or 8mm belly bar may suit your needs better.
Likewise, if your piercing is deep (ie the standard bar is too tight and the ball is indenting the skin) then a 12mm or 14mm belly bar is best
Daith Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar diameter is either 8mm or 10mm
Eyebrow Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar length is 8mm. You are often pierced with longer bars due to the amount of swelling but once the swelling has gone down you should change to a shorter bar.
Helix & Tragus Piercings
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the standard bar length is either 6mm or 8mm. Labrets, aka Flat back studs are inserted from the back and fasted at the front whilst cartilage barbells are inserted from the front and fasted at the back.
Industrial Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.6mm (14ga) and the bar length varies from 30mm to 38mm. Shorter or longer bar may be required dependant on the angle that you are pierced at
Labret Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar length varies from 6mm to 10mm dependant on the angle you were pierced at.
Medusa Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar length varies from 6mm to 10mm.
Nipple Piercings – Woman
The bar thickness is 1.6mm (14ga) and the bar length varies from 10mm to 19mm, dependant on your nipple size. You are usually pierced with longer bars due to swelling but once healed you should downsize to the correct size
Nipple Piercings – Men
The bar thickness is 1.6mm (14ga) and the bar length varies from 8mm to 14mm, dependant on your nipple size. You are usually pierced with longer bars due to swelling but once healed you should downsize to the correct size
Nose Piercing
The bar thickness is either 0.8mm (20ga) or 1mm (18ga) and the bar length is 6mm. If opting for a ring then 8mm diameter is the standard size, depending how high or low your nose was pierced.
Rook Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar length varies from 6mm to 8mm.
Septum Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar diameter is usually 8mm but sometimes the 10mm horseshoe is used if you advise that you want to tuck your septum piercing up
Smiley Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar diameter is usually 8mm but sometimes the 10mm horseshoe is used if you advise that you want your piercing to hang low
Snake Bites Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.2mm (16ga) and the bar length is either 8mm or 10mm. You are often pierced with longer bars due to the amount of swelling but once the swelling has gone down you should change to a shorter bar
Tongue Piercing
The bar thickness is 1.6mm (14ga) and the bar length varies from 10mm to 16mm. You are often pierced with longer bars due to the amount of swelling but once the swelling has gone down you should change to a shorter bar
