About this Hinged Ring with Spikes and Balls

• • The ring diameter is 8mm. This is the standard size for most nose piercings

  • The ring has 3 spikes and 4 balls. The spikes are 2.5mm wide and 7mm in length. The balls are 2mm in diameter
