The balls are 5mm in size and are externally threaded. Both sides unscrew. The balls are acrylic
The Industrial Barbell with Rainbow pattern is manufactured from Surgical Stainless Steel so will not rust, corrode or stain. This jewellery is best for healed piercings. Surgical Stainless Steel contains traces of nickel so may not be suitable for those with a nickel allergies
