Delivery & Postage Information
We know you’re looking forward to receiving your new jewellery, so we aim to get every order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our UK postage charges, dispatch times and delivery options.
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Our UK postage options
Standard UK Postage — £2.99
For orders containing less than £25 worth of jewellery, standard UK postage costs just £2.99 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase.
Free UK Postage — Orders of £25 or more
Spend £25 or more on jewellery in a single order and you’ll qualify for free standard UK postage.
The £25 qualifying amount is calculated before promotional discounts are deducted. This means you won’t lose your free postage entitlement simply because you’ve used an eligible discount.
Royal Mail Special Delivery — £9.99
Need your jewellery sooner? Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £9.99 per order.
This service offers guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch, subject to Royal Mail’s service conditions and postcode exceptions. Weekend delivery is not included.
Special Delivery is a separate paid service and is not included in our free standard postage offer.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received before 10am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 10am, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from the time an order is placed.
How long does standard delivery take?
Our standard Royal Mail service typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
This is an estimated delivery time rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Postal delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantee
Royal Mail Special Delivery is designed to arrive by 1pm on the next working day following dispatch, subject to Royal Mail’s guarantee conditions and destination restrictions.
For example, an eligible order received before 10am on Monday would normally be dispatched that day for delivery by 1pm on Tuesday. An order dispatched on Friday would normally be due on Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Weekend delivery is not included.
If Royal Mail fails to meet its guaranteed delivery commitment, please contact us. Where the shipment qualifies under Royal Mail’s guarantee, we’ll arrange a refund of the Special Delivery postage charge. This does not include the cost of the jewellery.
Prefer Evri or DPD?
Although Royal Mail is our usual delivery provider, we understand that some customers prefer a different courier.
If you’d prefer your order to be delivered by Evri or DPD, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to check the available services and provide a delivery quotation.
Alternative courier charges may differ from our standard postage rates, and we’ll confirm the cost with you before you order.
Ordering several items?
Postage is charged per order rather than per item. Whether you’re buying one piece of jewellery or several, you’ll only pay one delivery charge for the order.
